How to Use This CBT-I Learning Module:
- This learning module will take you about 2-6 weeks to finish.
- We recommend you begin by completing the first 4 sections at your own pace.
- Next, spend one week practicing each of the CBT-I steps in section 5. Track your sleep each week to see how the strategies you practiced changed your sleep. When you have finished sections 1-5 move on to sections 6 & 7.
- If you have a hard time practicing any of the skills you may give yourself more time. This module can be completed at whatever pace works for you.
- You may click on a topic in the table of contents (on the left side of your screen) to go to any section. There will be a check mark on modules you have finished.
